These products often contain glycerin and hyaluronic acid. Glycerin is a natural humectant and hydride. Hyaluronic acid, like our bodies, has to stay hydrated all day long. There is a slight chemical change in the moisture when we sweat. So to avoid any problems and to remain hydrated throughout the day, use hyaluronic acid. Choose a moisturizing cream with lactic acid in its formula; they both have different properties. One study done by researchers in New York found that the older adults who had vitamin D3 supplements that mimicked the sunlight-dependent form of vitamin D3 found in the blood were more protected against wrinkles and skin cancer. You might also experience less itchiness or sensitivity if you have no symptoms of vitamin D deficiency. Vitamin D3 supplementation makes using sunscreen even easier with minimal extra effort! Even people with vitamin D deficiency sometimes find that their skin feels much younger. Not only will there be fewer wrinkles but you’ll notice a youthful glow and look younger, too! You can buy many different kinds of sunscreen, depending on the type of skin you have. Some people recommend using zinc oxide sunscreen. Other options include magnesium oxide, titanium dioxide, selenium, and even mixtures of several different ingredients. Be sure to choose a product with SPF 30 to 60 and SPF 30 to 70.
